Dal Khalsa demands Sikh history paintings in Sikh Museum
Dal Khalsa demands that contemporary Sikh history paintings and sketches to adorn the Central Sikh Museum within the precincts of Darbar Sahib Amritsar
Amritsar, Punjab, India: Dal Khalsa has demanded that paintings and pictures depicting the genocidal events of November 1984 should adorn a special Sikh Genocide Corner of the Central Sikh Museum and made part of Sikh heritage.
The conspiratorial role of the sponsors of the mass murder and mayhem committed by the Indian leadership, police and bureaucracy must be clearly depicted as a reminder for future generations.
Dal Khalsa proposes to formally request the SGPC for this and a specially commissioned painting showing the then Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi discussing a point with his cabinet and party colleagues including Jagdish Tytler, Sajjan Kumar and others on one side and lumpen mobs burning Sikhs alive and setting ablaze a Gurdwara on the other side will be presented to the SGPC head.
