“AAP ka Jasbir Singh” contesting from Bilha constituency of Chhattisgarh
With hardly any Sikh in the constituency, but by the sheer dent of his hard work and his social leaning towards the poor and the underprivileged, voters of the rural Bilha constituency would be casting their votes tomorrow and there is huge speculation that AAP candidate Jasbir Singh is ahead of his opponents.
Following a man to man approach, Jasbir Singh has visited each and every household of his constituency and has pushed for the rights of the poor and focussed on the prime issue of corruption, the main plank of his Aam Aadmi Party.
The heartening response received by him from men and women residents and party activists is an indicator to his success at the hustings as this constituency goes to the polls on 20 November 2018.
Bilha is one of the 90 constituency of the newly created Chhattisgarh state Assembly and the present MLA is from the Indian National Congress.
Speaking to the media, Jasbir Singh has said that the question of unemployment, illegal and unauthorised occupation of lands of farmers will be taken up. New opportunities for employment will be created.
