Actor Kirron Kher, the wife of Modi-fan actor Anupam Kher, won the Chandigarh constituency for the second time, defeating Congress nominee Pawan Kumar Bansal.

This seat is likely to throw up a row between Captain Amarinder Singh and his minister Navjot Singh Sidhu who along with his wife a few days before the election day started a tirade against the CM as the seat was not given to his wife Dr Navjot Kaur.

Already, Congress party ministers and senior leaders are condemning Navjot Singh Sidhu for indiscipline and indiscreetness.
