The World Sikh News ed­i­tor Jag­mo­han Singh trans­lates the voice of the peo­ple of In­dia dur­ing the just-con­cluded elec­tions in the form of a New Pre­am­ble that the peo­ple of the coun­try have adopted and the pri­or­i­ties of the Bhar­tiya Janata Party that the peo­ple of In­dia have en­dorsed. 

The Pre­am­ble of Hindu In­dia –On this day, Nine­teenth May of Two Thou­sand and Nine­teen, WE, THE PEO­PLE OF IN­DIA, ex­cept the peo­ple of Pun­jab, Jammu and Kash­mir, Tamil Nadu and Ker­ala, have unan­i­mously re­solved to re­con­sti­tute In­dia:

into a Hindu Rash­tra,

con­sol­i­dat­ing our po­si­tion, sta­tus and rank in the comity of na­tions, af­ter thou­sands of years,

se­cur­ing spe­cial rights and priv­i­leges for Brah­mins and oth­ers con­sid­ered Hin­dus and,

de­clar­ing Mus­lims, Sikhs and oth­ers as sec­ond-class cit­i­zens.

WE, THE PEO­PLE OF IN­DIA will en­sure that:

JUS­TICE, so­cial, eco­nomic and po­lit­i­cal re­main on the statute but are in prac­tice re­served for the priv­i­leged few,

LIB­ERTY of thought, ex­pres­sion, be­lief, faith and wor­ship will fol­low the guide­lines of Hindu Rash­tra as pro­posed by the Rashtriya Swayam­se­wak Sangh and as metic­u­lously fol­lowed by the blud­geon­ing pro-Hindu Rash­tra me­dia,

EQUAL­ITY of sta­tus and of op­por­tu­nity will be lim­ited to the Ad­na­nis and the Am­ba­nis,

FRA­TER­NITY as­sur­ing the dig­nity of the in­di­vid­ual will be se­verely cur­tailed lest some­one start think­ing that they can be equal to Hin­dus.

UNITY AND IN­TEGRITY of In­dia will be main­tained at all costs, killing dis­tinct na­tion­al­i­ties, re­gional iden­ti­ties, lower eco­nomic and caste peo­ples and pick­ing up bat­tles with Pak­istan at po­lit­i­cally ap­pro­pri­ate times.

WE, THE CIT­I­ZENS OF HINDU RASH­TRA, un­der the able guid­ance of RSS and BJP promise that our:

First pri­or­ity will be to tear the so­cial fab­ric of In­dia by di­vid­ing its peo­ples so that we ef­fec­tively fol­low the West­min­ster model of di­vide and rule.

Sec­ond pri­or­ity will be to build the biggest and tallest in the world Ram Tem­ple in Ay­o­d­hya.

Third pri­or­ity will be to ab­ro­gate Ar­ti­cle 370 in Jammu and Kash­mir and con­tinue to sta­tion thou­sands of In­dian armed forces in Kash­mir against the will of the peo­ple.

Fourth pri­or­ity will be to make sedi­tion laws more strin­gent and add more strong laws, mea­sures and agen­cies to stop the tide of po­lit­i­cal dis­sent­ing na­tion­al­i­ties.

Fifth pri­or­ity will be to crush all po­lit­i­cal dis­sent in the length and breadth of the coun­try.

Sixth pri­or­ity will be to launch one ex­clu­sive TV chan­nel, re­plac­ing all TV chan­nels.

Sev­enth pri­or­ity will be to make more so­cial, re­li­gious and po­lit­i­cal in­roads into Pun­jab through the good of­fices of the Shi­ro­mani Akali Dal.

Eighth pri­or­ity will be to over­whelm civil so­ci­ety by call­ing them names and in­car­cer­at­ing ac­tivists and with­hold­ing their voice from reach­ing their fam­i­lies and the al­ter­na­tive me­dia.

Ninth pri­or­ity will be to crush all Con­gress Party-led gov­ern­ments in some states and en­sure that there is an only one-party rule in the en­tire coun­try.

Tenth pri­or­ity will be to en­hance the scope of anony­mous Elec­toral Bonds so that our BJP party be­comes so big and strong and the Elec­tion Com­mis­sion of In­dia be­comes so weak­ened that we can eas­ily ma­nip­u­late elec­tions and rule In­dia in per­pe­tu­ity.

Eleventh pri­or­ity will be to con­tinue with the tardy ju­di­cial processes in all courts of the coun­try.

Twelfth pri­or­ity will be to start the func­tion­ing of 543 BJP of­fices in all the con­stituen­cies of In­dia, which will serve as a hub for Hin­dutva forces and the army of so­cial me­dia war­riors.

Thir­teenth pri­or­ity will be to main­tain an iron cur­tain from the rest of the world so that Amnesty In­ter­na­tional, Hu­man Rights Watch, UN Spe­cial Rap­por­teur on Tor­ture, US­CIRF and oth­ers are not al­lowed into In­dia to mon­i­tor me­dia and hu­man rights sit­u­a­tion.

WE THE CIT­I­ZENS OF HINDU RASH­TRA, ex­cept the peo­ple of Pun­jab, Jammu and Kash­mir, Tamil Nadu and Ker­ala have adopted this Pre­am­ble and this will be rat­i­fied for im­ple­men­ta­tion by the Bhar­tiya Janata Party gov­ern­ment on 30 May 2019.
