Ad­di­tional Ses­sions Judge Ajay Pande will pro­nounce judge­ment at Pa­tiala House on Mon­day, 27 Au­gust at 11 am for a case of wag­ing war and sedi­tion against Sikh hi­jack­ers Sat­nam Singh Paonta Sahib and Tejin­der Pal Singh in a case reg­is­tered af­ter 37 years. The judge will ad­ju­di­cate against the Dal Khalsa ac­tivists on the le­gal point of dou­ble jeop­ardy un­der which a per­son can­not be con­victed twice for the same of­fence as both have un­der­gone pun­ish­ment in Pak­istan.
