Tarlok Singh stabbed to death in New Jersey
As hate continues to envelop the US and the community reach out measures by Sikhs seem to have very little impact, in third brutal attack in three weeks, Tarlok Singh was discovered dead with a chest stab wound.
Though the Essex County Prosecutor’s office is calling it a homicide, the Sikh community and the family is distraught. Sikh Coalition has expressed condolences to Singh’s family and scholar Simran Jeet Singh, said it all, when he tweeted, “So tired of all this sadness.”
On August 6 in Manteca, California, 71-year-old Sahib Singh was brutally attacked and on July 31, 50-year-old Surjit Singh Malhi was attacked while putting up campaign signs in support of incumbent Republican Congressman Jeff Denham and other local Republican candidates.
