Two Sikhs and two Mus­lims hurt in Jalal­abad bomb blast

A bomb ex­plo­sion in the Dar­masal area of Po­lice dis­trict 1 of Jalal­abad in the af­ter­noon to­day left four peo­ple in­jured which in­cluded two Mus­lim and two Sikh men.

Speak­ing on the phone line to World Sikh News, the pres­i­dent of the Guru Nanak Dar­bar Jas­beer Singh said that two Hakims -Sat­pal Singh and Taran­jit Singh had sus­tained mi­nor in­juries and af­ter med­ical aid at a hos­pi­tal are now back home. The two other Mus­lim men suf­fered se­ri­ous in­juries and are still hos­pi­talised.

Jas­beer Singh con­firmed to WSN that there are 15 fam­i­lies, prac­tis­ing tra­di­tional med­i­cine in Jalal­abad and no fam­ily has gone to Delhi from there, even though they con­tinue to live in a cli­mate of fear.Jasbeer Singh Jalalabad
